The rent is £670 inclusive of all bills (council tax, water, fibre broadband, tv, electricity).
Deposit is £550.
The apartment has two bathrooms thus each tenant has exclusive use of their own bathroom.
The apartment is quite spacious thus you won't step on each other's toes, yet has a cosy feel.
