Room description
Clean small double room in a house, bills inc, small monthly surcharge for urilitys in winter months use of amenities, WiFi and garden. Lovely quiet area, near to transport links, buses directly to university. There is a small a park directly opposite the
property, including two recreational grass areas on the road.
You will be sharing with one other female (myself/landlady), I work full-
time Monday-Friday, and I am often
away for the weekends spending time
with family. There is a driveway, as well as free parking on the road outside.
You will also have access to the garden featuring a swing and table
and chairs for summer lounging.
I am looking for a female tenant, who
is clean and respectful of the house. The rent is low as I've taken
into consideration that the location is ideal for students attending the local university, however this is open to professionals also. Please note this is not a working from home or business let.
Prefrably I'm looking for a female tenant, however would consider males, I will not consider couples unfortunately.
