The Process – Taking a room

You will need to bring with you to the viewing a copy of photographic ID (passport or driving license), 3 months bank statements, guarantor details and your national insurance number.

If you wish to rent the room then we can sign you up online straight away at the viewing, provided you have a payment card with you. You will be required to fill in an online application form and to pay an admin fee of £150 which secures your preferred room.

You will not have to pay a deposit!

Once the application form is completed and the admin fee paid, after references are completed you will be sent a contract for signing online as well as our welcome pack and short video tour of the house. The whole process can be completed almost instantaneously online.

We then arrange your move in date to hand over keys and show you around.
