FREE CLEANING - This is limited to a general communal clean to keep the house to a good standard at all times. (The occupiers would still be responsible for cleaning their rooms and other shared facilities).
FREE GARDENING - We provide a professional gardener that maintains the gardens to keep the property gardens looking presentable at all times and for the occupiers to use during summer months.
FREE WINDOW CLEANING - We provide the services of a professional window cleaner that maintains the exterior side of the windows. (the interior is the responsibility of the house occupants).

The Property is conveniently located for shops, pubs and it is on a main bus route. Only 5 minutes from the Queens hospital, the town centre is approximately 20-30 minutes' walk and less than 10 minutes by car.
