The maisonette comprises of two double bedrooms, lounge, kitchen, bathroom, a large south facing garden which contains a large newly built fully furnished garden room with electricity, sofa and heating. Free on street parking, Wi-Fi, walking distance to cameron toll shopping centre, the commonwealth pool, as well as some university campuses.
Wide range of 24 hour busses are easily accessed within 1 min walk.

Cost is £750 per calendar month, all bills included. 1 months deposit and pay in advance.
