Maisonette (2 floor) apartment double bedroom and bathroom available. Located in Leeds city centre.
Pictures are from last year. Looks the same, but with some slight changes to furniture / setup. The available double bedroom comes with a double bed, wardrobe and draws so there is plenty of storage space.
My current flat mate is moving out, so you’ll be swapping with him (renewal start of Feb) and sharing the home with me - a 33 year old professional working in the digital marketing and content in the mens fashion industry. I am a respectful, clean flatmate and would like to find someone who is friendly and happy to share the home and is also respectful, and tidy who is relaxed and will clean up after them selves and look after the property and amenities. I enjoy socialising and going for beers to the local pubs and bars and also chilling and watching a series or a film. Seeing my girlfriend also. I also enjoy time to myself and switching off from work and chilling watching a series in my room. During the week I mostly keep myself to myself and like cooking dinner, relaxing and watching something after work.
I am not looking for someone that is looking for a batchler pad to have party’s, have loads of friends round, and play loud music etc.
I will use the living room space sometimes on a weekend to shoot videos and pictures for my Instagram. Projects that I do outside of my full time job. Just something to note! But I would give you advance notice first.
