Room description
Looking for a comfortable, stylish home with plenty of space and a great atmosphere? I’m renting out a room in my modern, spacious house, just 2 minutes’ walk from the beautiful Roundwood Park.
The house has a lovely, creative and relaxed feel, with plenty of shared space to enjoy. There’s a large living room with a big flatscreen TV, a separate dining room, and a piano for anyone who enjoys making music. The bright conservatory is filled with plants and makes a great spot to relax, work or enjoy a coffee.
The garden is another highlight — there’s garden furniture, a BBQ and plenty of room to enjoy the outdoors in the warmer months. There’s also a garden/bike shed, making it easy to store bikes and other bits and pieces. For a few extra comforts, there’s a wine cooler and a water filter too.
I live in the house myself, along with two others, so we're looking for someone who would enjoy sharing a home rather than simply renting a room. The atmosphere is friendly, respectful and relaxed, with plenty of space for everyone to have their own time and privacy.
