Great transport links – the Number 3 bus runs all night and is only a 1-minute walk from the house. Gypsy Hill and West Dulwich overground stations are around a 10–15 minute walk.
Local shops are conveniently located on both sides of the road and are open until 11pm.

I have two friendly outdoor cats, so the tenant must be comfortable living in a home with cats.
