I’m a mature, friendly working professional looking for a comfortable furnished room for a temporary stay of around 4–6 weeks.
I’m reliable, clean and respectful, and I take pride in keeping shared spaces tidy and pleasant for everyone. I’m independent and enjoy having my own space, but I’m also happy to have a chat and be part of a relaxed, friendly household.
Ideally, I’m looking for a peaceful home with a live-in landlord or a small number of mature housemates. An en-suite or private bathroom would be a bonus, although I’m flexible for the right place and people.
My budget is around £750–£1,000 per month, including bills. I can provide references and am happy to pay the agreed rent upfront.
I’m hoping to find somewhere that feels like a home rather than simply somewhere to sleep, and where everyone treats the property and each other with consideration.
