The room will come furnished with a bed, clothes rail, bedside table, storage/shelving and a table with chairs by the window. It has a large window with plenty of natural light and enough space to make the room feel comfortable and private.

The flat has a small shared kitchen and a shared bathroom, with the shower/sink and toilet in separate rooms. There is no communal living room, so this would suit someone who is happy having their own comfortable space in their bedroom.
The property is in a great location, with easy access to Elephant & Castle, supermarkets, shops, buses and transport links into Central London.
There is also a lovely and very friendly cat living in the property, who will definitely be one of the first to welcome you home 🐈
We’re looking for a clean, respectful and easy-going person to share the flat.
