Room description
Peaceful 1-bedroom apartment located on the ground floor, 10 min walk to Walthamstow Market.
There is a bedroom, a 3/4 bathroom, a living room and a sizeable furnished kitchen with a washing machine and a dryer.
This place has free Wi-Fi. The accommodation comes with a TV (we only have Amazon Prime Video available).
Mail/Parcel Delivery:
Sadly, we do not allow any mail/parcels to be delivered using our address.
As "Short-term rental guests", any mail you want to receive, you can use the post office nearby for delivery. Any unexpected mail/parcels will be returned to the sender.
The flat is located off the main road around the corner, which is perfect if you don't want to be disturbed by the noise from the traffic.
You also have a Tesco superstore around the corner, about a 5-minute walk from the flat.
We provide basic cookware for our guests.
Guests can upgrade to nicer quality cookware, but we take a deposit for that.
To ensure you get settled in and have a great start to your stay with us, we have provided an initial starter pack but these may not be enough for your entire stay and you may need to purchase additional supplies.
