Double bedroom is available in a spacious 2-bed, 3rd-floor flat in Tulse Hill - perfectly located close to the station for an easy, direct commute into London Bridge, Blackfriars, or Victoria.

Your room: A comfortable double bedroom featuring its own private balcony. Comes fully furnished with a bed, mattress, bedside table, and chest of drawers. The shared bathroom is located next to the bedroom.
The space: Unlike a lot of London flats, we have a completely separate kitchen and a large, cozy living room with high ceilings - so plenty of space to relax without feeling cramped. The bedrooms are on opposite ends of the flat and both have their own balcony. Please note there is no lift in the building.
The area: Location-wise, it's a great spot. Brockwell Park is just down the road and Herne Hill is a 15 minute walk away for Sunday markets and nice pubs. Plus, it’s super easy to get into Brixton or over to Dulwich for food, drinks, and gigs.
Rent: £1,050 per month (plus bills est £150-£200)
