Room description
We’re looking for another couple to take over our room in our current house.
🏠 About the house:
A 5-bedroom, 3-storey house on a quiet street. It has:
* Fully equipped kitchen
* Dining area + spacious open-plan living area
* Large backyard
* Small spare room that can be used as a study or for guests
🛏️ The room:
The room is on the top floor and is a massive double bedroom with a double bed and plenty of cupboard/storage space. There’s room for a desk, so it’s perfect for WFH, plus a lovely Juliet balcony. The room also has a ensuite bathroom with a bath!
👫 Who you’ll be living with:
4 other people,1 male and 3 females, a mix of Aussie & British, aged 24–29. Everyone works full-time and is super lovely, friendly and chill to live with!
💷 Rent: £1,350/month + £76per person for bills
📅 Move-in: Around 28 September (flexible!)
📍 Location: 8-minute walk to Tooting Broadway Tube (Northern Line), around 20 minutes to Earlsfield Overground, plus plenty of bus routes nearby.
