Only one flatmate (30 year-old female professional and part owns the property) ensuring privacy and space! Landlord is her sister who's now moved out.
Current occupant: prefers a female tenant, professional, happy to socialise or respect each other's privacy if preferred.
Excellent Zone 2 location. Stockwell station 3-4 minutes walk, Victoria and Northern line ensuring access to central London in 15-30 minutes e. g London Bridge and Kings Cross in 20 mins. 10 mins walk to shops, bars, and restaurants in Clapham and Brixton.
Third floor, lift and wheelchair access available.
Council tax (band B), bills usually around £160 a month, includes a 15p/w for a cleaner for the shared spaces.
