A bright, well-kept furnished double room in my flat, available now for £800 per calendar month with all bills included, so there are no extra costs to worry about.
The room has a comfortable double bed, a full-height wardrobe, a chest of drawers, open shelving, a desk chair and a TV. It has wooden floors, a large window with lots of natural light, and a ceiling fan for the summer months.
The flat has excellent transport links. Buses into central London stop just a minute's walk away, and Stamford Hill and Stoke Newington Overground stations (Weaver line) are both around a five-minute walk. Seven Sisters station is a short bus ride away, giving you the Victoria line for quick journeys into the West End and King's Cross.
Terms: one month's rent in advance plus a one-month deposit (£1,600 total to move in).
