Hi, I’m Artem, 23, originally from Kyiv, Ukraine, and I’m planning to move to London in September.
I’m looking for a flatmate to team up with and find a great two-bedroom, ideally two-bathroom flat in Shoreditch, Liverpool Street, or another well-connected area.
A little about me: I’ve previously founded two startups and am currently focused on studying, developing new projects, and continuing to grow professionally. My main interests include psychology, neuroscience, business, technology, and AI.
My lifestyle is fairly structured. I usually start my days early, spend much of the week working or studying, and train regularly. I’m also a pretty good cook and enjoy preparing proper meals at home. I don’t drink, and although I’m sociable and enjoy dinners out, meaningful conversations, exploring new places, walks, and weekend trips, I’m not looking for a party flat.
At home, I’m friendly, considerate, tidy, and respectful. I prefer a calm and quiet atmosphere where both people can relax, recharge, and feel comfortable. At the same time, I’d like to live with someone I can genuinely get along with—not simply someone to split the rent with.
I’m looking for someone mature, clean, considerate, and easy to communicate with. Ideally, we would respect each other’s space while occasionally sharing a meal, having a good conversation, or exploring London together.
