Room description

One double bedroom with en-suite available. Its a lovely three storey modern house comes fully furnished in a lovely quiet popular residential road in Solihull off Blossomfield Road. The property has a fantastic large kitchen with plenty of cupboard space, hob, cooker, separate fridge and a separate freezer with an allocated space for each person. The utility off the kitchen has a separate washing machine and a separate tumble dryer.

Each bedroom has a double bed with an orthopaedic mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers bedside cabinet with lamp, a desk and chair.

The house benefits by having a large dining space off the kitchen with a large modern dining table and bench seating . The lounge has leather sofas, where you can enjoy watching TV on the 50” TV supplied, a modern coffee table, side tables. There is a nice large reception and a guest WC on the ground floor. The lounge and dining area overlook the beautiful large garden where there is a picnic table and seating to sit and enjoy in the summer.

The house has virgin fibre optic broadband throughout, WIFI for convenience, a port is in each bedroom for convenience too. Cleaning is carried out every 2 weeks for the communal areas including the kitchen and a gardener for the rear garden. A locked garage is available for bikes (key provided).

If you work in Solihull Town Centre this popular town centre is just a 20 minute walk or a 5 minute drive where you will find the fantastic Touchwood complex, including a cinema, shops, various restaurants and fabulous bars. Solihull Retail Park is the same distance, and for those who love a gym, David Lloyd or Tudor grange leisure centre are easy to get to walking or driving. There are local shops including a Co-op and a large Sainsburys.

The house is in a fantastic location for those working in Solihull or Shirley. Solihull College and university centre are within walking distance. Blythe Valley Business Park in Solihull is a 16 minute drive and Jaguar Land Rover can be reached in 13 minutes by car. There is excellent access to the Midlands motorway network being located less than 1 mile from Junction 5 of the M42 and access to the M40, M5 and M6 Motorways. Birmingham International Airport is located within 5 miles of the Solihull town centre Solihull train station is 6 minutes away and you can be in Birmingham in just 15 minutes.
