I’m looking for a clean, comfortable and affordable en-suite room in a friendly, peaceful and respectful home. I’m tidy, considerate and respectful of other people’s space, and I’m looking for somewhere I can settle and feel comfortable. Ideally, I’d like bills included and good transport links nearby. I’m open to different areas as long as the property is safe, well kept and within my budget.
