The flat is a short walk from both Shepherd’s Bush Market and Goldhawk Road stations, providing easy access to the Circle and Hammersmith & City lines. The journey to both UCL and Imperial College London is approximately 30 minutes, making it ideal for students studying in central London.
Rent is £1,250 per calendar month, with a five-week deposit. No guarantor is required.
You would be living with friendly, clean and tidy second-year students. We are looking for someone considerate and sociable who will help keep the flat comfortable and well maintained.
