Room description
This is a large fully furnished room in a very friendly professional houseshare in Selly Park, just a couple of miles from the city centre and within easy access of the QE hospital, Birmingham university and both Stirchley and Moseley villages with their independent bars and restaurants.
The house has a garden which is great for summer BBQs, a lovely lounge and good sized kitchen, is decorated and maintained to a very high standard with all mod-cons including broadband. Rent is inclusive of all utility bills.
Because I am a private landlord and don't use agents, you get to deal with me directly which means you can always contact me if there is a problem and I will always do my best to put things right as soon as possible, plus there are no hidden fees to pay.
