Room description
Hi, I’m looking to rent my airy double room in my cosy ground floor Victorian conversion flat to share my home with the right person :) I’m looking for a clean, tidy individual who is respectful of people’s space and sharing facilities in a property. The property has a nice clean private garden.
I work from home during the week, so I am looking for someone who works away from home during the day and is out between 9-5 ( I don’t mind someone working from home 1 day a week). I’m out most weekends so you will have the property to yourself most weekends. Please note this is not a party house, it’s a quiet mature household, no over night guests are permitted although I don’t mind you having visitors during the day/evenings occasionally. This is an open planned kitchen, dining and sofa area with TV The sofa/TV area is accessible only on weekends.
As for me, I am a friendly sociable person and easy to get along with. I’m up for the occasional meal and glass of wine together ( although no obligation:))
