Lovely self-contained double room on the ground floor facing the garden. Own private shower room with separate private WC.
The room has a double bed and double wardrobe. Also included in the room is a fridge. Shared kitchen. no shared living room.
Rent inclusive of all bills.
We have a big friendly dog.
Seeking preferably a female lodger who is responsible, honest, clean, and respectful and either working and or a student. We favour laid back interaction, and respect each other’s privacy.
No smoking inside.
Nice road close to all amenities and big open green space (Plumstead Common) just around the corner.
Bus stop 3 minute walk and Plumstead station 8 minute walk. Also DLR nearby from Woolwich Arsenal and Queen Elizabeth Line. Nice walks by the river.
Previous lodgers have been teachers, accountant, students.
One months rent in advance and £100 deposit are required, rent to be paid monthly by direct debit and cash.
