THE FLAT
Three-bedroom flat across the road from Penge East station (20 mins to Victoria) and a 10-minute walk to Sydenham Overground Station and Crystal Palace Park. There's a large shared living/dining room, a separate shared kitchen, a toilet and a separate shower room. Sky Sports/TNT/Netflix included. Oh, and I live here. I'm a 37-year-old journalist working full-time in the office in west London. I'm originally from the northwest and I travel up to see family often in my spare time.

The flat has a secure outdoor storage unit that is large enough to store a bicycle. There is free parking on the surrounding roads.
