furnished double room is available from 27 August in a modern two-bedroom, two-bathroom ground-floor apartment in Stratford.
You'll have your own furnished double bedroom and exclusive use of a large private bathroom, whilst sharing the spacious lounge and fully equipped kitchen with just one other professional.
The bedroom overlooks a quiet courtyard, providing a peaceful place to relax after work. Whilst the bedroom is slightly smaller than the other bedroom, having your own dedicated bathroom offers a level of privacy that's rarely found in shared accommodation.
The current occupier of this room is relocating after happily living in the apartment for several years, so I'm now looking for someone to take their place.
You'll be sharing the apartment with one professional female accountant who has lived there for over two years. She works Monday to Friday, is considerate, tidy and enjoys a quiet, respectful home.
The apartment is approximately 10–12 minutes' walk from Stratford Station, with excellent transport links via the Elizabeth Line, Jubilee Line, Central Line, DLR, Overground and National Rail. Westfield Stratford City, supermarkets, cafés, restaurants and gyms are all within easy walking distance.
I'm the live-out landlord and have owned and personally managed this apartment for around 20 years. I don't use a managing agent, so if anything ever needs attention, you'll deal directly with me. I take pride in maintaining the property to a high standard and believe that good communication is just as important as looking after the property itself.
I'm looking for a clean, considerate full-time professional who is looking for a home rather than just a room. The minimum tenancy is 12 months, but ideally I'm looking for someone who would like to stay longer term and become part of a stable, respectful household. If you're looking for a short-term stay, this probably won't be the right fit.

Rent: £1,155 per calendar month
Bills: Not included. Council Tax, electricity, water and Wi-Fi are shared equally (50/50) with the existing occupier.
