Room description

Double room available ASAP in Peckham Rye area. The house is a beautiful Victorian terraced super close to Rye lane and East Dulwich.

The house mates are all professionals who are kind and very respectful, and it's really important that we find someone the same as well as being very clean and tidy in the house.

£800 includes all the bills (council tax, energy, water etc, TV licence & Internet)

We are looking to fill the room from 3-8 months, so it's not long-term.

Move in date is 1st May, so we would like someone who is able to move quickly.
