Hi there,
I have a En-suite double/triple bedroom 2nd floor on offer with a newly fitted shower and toilet attached. The room is on the loft, with lots of light through a two square window.

The house is large, with a big living room and kitchen on the ground floor, There is a patio outside, a basement and a further storage shed in the garden.
There are three, tidy and friendly current tenants living on the first floor (with their own bathroom).
There are parking spaces generally available on Carlyle road, but a permit must be applied for.
Travel: the house is a 1 minute for Elizabeth line, 10 or less minute walk from East Ham tube (district and Hammersmith and city lines), 3-5 mins or less from Manor Park station and Woodgrange Park Station. All these stations take you into central London in about 30 mins.
The area itself is very safe during the day and night.
There is a huge park called Wanstead park which is part of Epping forest which are both 3-5 mins walking distance from the house. Wanstead flats is a particularly nice open space worth taking advantage of.
There are lots of nice restaurants on the high street (2 mins away) and a good array of useful shops.
