Room description
A fully furnished room is now available to rent in a beautiful, clean and a peaceful flat in a well connected part of London. I am looking for someone who is respectful, clean and considerate as you will be sharing the flat with one another flatmate.
Amazing connections with multiple modes of transport to all parts of London and the airports. I am in awe of the sports facilities the area has to offer - tennis, badminton, swimming, ice skating, track training, football, basketball, table tennis, etc. Direct bus to Westfield in Stratford and a variety of food superstores.
Keeping the home tidy and treating each other with respect is important. The rent includes all bills, providing utility usage remains reasonable. I simply ask that we all use water, heating and electricity thoughtfully. If there is a massive jump, I shall inform you of any changes. Wifi, council tax, TV license, gas, water and electricity is all included. If you are looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to call home for a while, I would like to hear from you.
