The apartment was recently built and is fully equipped (new kitchen, dishwasher, spacious fridge and freezer, washing machine and dryer, automatic heating and more). The apartment consists of a large balcony, a spacious living room and kitchen, two rooms, a hall and a small room for storage (in which the washer/dryer are located).
The location is ideal as the apartment is a 1 minute walk from bus stops (to Lewisham/Greenwich/ Deptford DLR and train stations), 10 minutes from Lewisham Station, 5 minutes from DLR - Elverson Road. In addition, it is located 15 minutes walking distance from Greenwich Park and Cutty Shark. With DLR it is 20 minutes to Canary Wharf, 30 minutes to Bank and Moorgate. The area is quiet and safe, ideal for families and young professionals.
The rental cost (monthly) is £1000 for the room, ~£90 council tax and ~£40 internet, water and electricity.
