Spacious double room available in a clean, calm and well-maintained home in Edgbaston (B16), just a short walk from Five Ways and around 10 minutes from Birmingham City Centre.
Great location with easy access to public transport, supermarkets, restaurants and local amenities.
You will be sharing the bathroom with only one female housemate, so it stays quiet and easy to manage. There is also an additional toilet downstairs.
The house is shared with friendly and respectful housemates and is kept very clean and organised. We follow a weekly cleaning rota, so we are looking for someone who is tidy, responsible and easy to live with.
All bills are included.
