Looking to fill room asap!!!
We’ve been approved for a lovely flat in the heart of Haggerston and are looking to fill the third room - the largest room with an ensuite
For singles: £1,500 monthly rent + £1,538 deposit
For couples: £1,650 monthly rent + £1,153 deposit each
The flat is right on the canal, a two-minute walk from Haggerston Overground and just off Kingsland Road, so it’s close to loads of great cafés, bars and restaurants. We’re still waiting on more photos from the current tenants (we’ve asked and will share them as soon as we have them).
You’d be living with Zoe and myself, both Aussies in our late twenties who’ve been in London for 3–4 years. We work in corporate roles but keep busy outside of work with seeing friends, staying active and exploring new places. We’re clean, friendly and keen to create a space that feels comfortable and calm after busy days.
We appreciate that we will all have our own things going on, but we are keen to live with someone who’s up for the occasional wine, chat, movie night, etc.
