Hello everyone,
Are you interested in living opposite the forest with transport links from Chingford St. to Liverpool Street Station and the Victoria Line? I have a fully furnished double bedroom available, with a television and WiFi connection. This room has a lovely view of the reservoir with beautiful sunsets. It has a full length mirror, good storage and desk. The shared kitchen has a gas cooker, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dining table.
I am looking for 1 female lodger with good personal hygiene, who is not too loud as the area is very tranquil.
I would like 1 month's deposit and 1 month's rent in advance.
House rules:
No drinking alcohol or smoking inside the property
Keep the room tidy (cleanliness is very important to me.)
No cooking pork
Location
If you love nature, I am located next to Epping Forest with deer, squirrels, robins and other birds. We have a garden that overlooks the reservoir. Plus, I am 10 mins away from a nature reserve, and local allotment called Organic Lea, where you can order fresh vegetables and fruit.
By bus, I am 10 mins away from Chingford Station, which is next to many restaurants, cafes, boutiques, a church and a local library. There are buses that goes directly to Walthamstow Central tube station on the Victoria Line as well as to Enfield Town.
I am 5 mins away from a small Waitrose, McDonalds and other newsagents. There is also a co-op and Tesco a 15-minute walk away.
About me
I am quiet and friendly with an interest in holistic health, spirituality and meditation. I don’t wear shoes in the house. I only use incense in the house.
I am allergic to body sprays and alcoholic perfume so it’s best not to use these in the house for health reasons.
