Hey! 👋 I’m looking for a clean, respectful, and friendly professional to move into my cosy 2-bedroom flat in the highly sought-after Catford Green development.
The flat is a high-spec, modern new-build with a large open-plan living space, a private balcony, and a spacious shared bathroom with a full-sized bath. You’ll be sharing just with me, making it a very quiet, low-occupancy home—perfect if you work from home!
👋 ABOUT ME
I’m 28, work in travel, and am a single gay man (he/him). I’m clean, chilled, and very respectful of personal space. I’m quite outgoing and very involved in queer badminton and running, and I love travel, gigs, and adventures!
I’ll occasionally have friends over for gatherings, but I’m super considerate and will always check in with you first. I’d love to find a likeminded flatmate who is up for a chat and a coffee, and hopefully a soon-to-be friend!

It’s a bright, fully furnished double room that comes with a desk, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and a side table. If you have your own furniture and want to mix and match to make it your own, I’m completely flexible!

▪️ Contract: 1-month rolling (long-term preferred). I’m the live-in landlord, so you’ll deal directly with me (no annoying agency fees).
