I am a live-in landlord and am looking for a professional female, who is clean, responsible, and considerate. This home would suit a professional, someone who values a peaceful living environment. I don't drink or party and I am looking for someone who values a peaceful environment. Overnight guests are not permitted (including partners/boyfriends). Daytime visitors are fine on an occasional basis, as long as it is kept respectful. No pets, please.
