You’ll have a bright bedroom with built-in wardrobes, space for a desk and exclusive use of the main bathroom. The outgoing flatmate is selling the nearly new bed and bedside table (less than 6 months old) if you’re interested. He is moving in with his partner in Wandsworth.
The flat has a fully equipped kitchen, a large open-plan living/dining area, Smart TV with Netflix, and has been thoughtfully furnished to create a calm, welcoming home.
Brixton’s fantastic cafés, restaurants, bars, gyms, hairdressers and independent shops are all within easy walking distance.
You’ll be sharing with Owen, a Marketing Manager in the luxury wine & spirits industry. He’s friendly, enjoys fitness, art, horses and good wine, and values a peaceful, tidy home. This is not a party or drinking flat, so I’m looking for a like-minded professional (ideally 30s+) who works from the office most of the week, is respectful and keeps regular hours.
