Currently a mixed house (3M and 1F)
The house has an attached large kitchen and communal area, 5 double bedrooms, 2 toilets with showers, a small garden.
The kitchen includes a fridge and fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and will have day to day appliance.
Rent: 670 per month +£95 for bills
Deposit of £770 to be paid
