’m a 34 year old professional currently living in Plymouth and planning to move to Brighton by the end of September 2026 after accepting a new full-time job in central Brighton.
I’m looking for a comfortable and peaceful home with a small number of people, where everyone can have their own space but also enjoy a friendly and respectful atmosphere.
I’ll be working Monday to Friday, 9-5, so I’ll be out during the day. I’m quite focused on my work at the moment, especially as I’ll have a lot to learn in my new role, so I expect my lifestyle to be fairly quiet.
I’m tidy and respectful of the home I live in, and I like keeping things well looked after. I don’t smoke or drink, and I don’t usually have guests over. I’m independent, but I also appreciate having a friendly connection with the people I live with.
I have a car, so parking nearby would be a big plus.
I’m looking for a home where there is a good balance between privacy and a friendly relationship with the people I live with. References and proof of employment can be provided.
