Hi! I’m Sarah, a working professional looking for a clean, tidy and considerate person to share my home in Blackheath. You’ll be sharing the kitchen and bathroom with me, along with my two cats, Milen and Millie, so being comfortable around cats is essential!
The rent is £820 per month, with a £700 deposit and a minimum stay of three months. Water, electricity, gas, council tax and broadband are included, although higher winter electricity and gas costs may involve an additional contribution, with the details agreed before moving in.
This is a quiet, non-smoking home, ideally suited to someone who enjoys a peaceful living environment, keeps their room clean and tidy, and cleans up after using shared spaces.
