I am looking for a student to take over my tenancy at James Watt (Unite Students) as I am dropping out.
My current rent is £168.00 per week, but I am willing to subsidize this and pay £29.00 of your rent every week! That brings your actual weekly cost down to just £139.00 per week. Other people who are adverting their James Watt room are selling it for the full £168.00! So my deal is one of the best deals you can find.
I CAN ALSO OFFER A £350 LUMP SUM UPFRONT ONCE THE PAPERWORK IS SIGHNED IF YOU PREFER THIS.
I will also cover the £50 Unite Students admin fee for the tenancy takeover, so you pay absolutely zero fees to move in
