The area is well served by public transport (buses, tubes, overground) and a varied choice of local shops at the bottom of the road in South End Green.
The room is approx 13sq. m, fully furnished including a small, equipped kitchen.
Use of a modern, stand-alone bathroom, which also includes a washing machine, is shared with one other tenant.
All bills (gas, water, council tax, WiFi, washing machine) are included in the rent. Electricity is paid by the tenant, via a meter in the room. The deposit (1 month rent) may be halved and paid across 2 months.
