Hello! I have a lovely double room in a spacious 115 sq m maisonette near Archway, Finsbury Park and Crouch Hill overground, with Crouch End a 5-minute walk. Great transport links (bus routes 210, 310, 91, 41, W7).

You’ll be living with me, a professional actuary, and my 12-year-old daughter, who I co-parent — she’s away with her dad every other weekend and has an overnight stay midweek.

Who I’m looking for:

Suitable for someone who works from home no more than 1 day a week — I work from the living room myself 3-4 days a week, so the home works best when we’re not both around during the day.

This is a quiet, private household rather than a sociable one - ideal for someone who has their own friends, social life and activities outside the home. That said, it would be lovely to find someone with similar interests - I enjoy yoga, cycling, walks, electronic music, board games, theatre, spas, exhibitions, dining out, travelling and reading, and it’s always nice to share a meal or a glass together now and then.
