About us:
I am a single parent living with my two older children (my son, 20, and my daughter, 16). We are a respectful household and I am looking for a female lodger to join our home.
We are a neurodivergent household, so there can be occasional noise, but overall we really value peace, routine, and a calm atmosphere. I mainly work from home, with one day a week in the office.
We’re also a family of music lovers, and my children do play instruments, so there can occasionally be some background music and noise. It’s never anything excessive, and overall we really value a calm and peaceful home environment.
Looking for:
* Female preferred to share our family home with myself and my 16-year-old daughter & 20 year old son
* Student or young professional
* Someone reliable, respectful, and easygoing
* Must like cats 🐾
* No pet
* Smoker friendly household, Smoking permitted in designated area
* Comfortable living in a family and neurodivergent household
* Ideally someone who values a calm, quiet home and is fairly independent
* The home is best suited to someone with a routine that involves being out during the day
House expectations:
* No parties
* No sleepovers
* No cleaning rota — communal areas are maintained regularly
* You are expected to clean up after yourself (e.g. cooking, mess, general day-to-day use of shared spaces)
Lodger details:
* £1000 per month (all bills included, including WiFi and household essentials)
* One month’s rent as deposit
* Available ASAP
* Initial 6-month lodger agreement
* One-month break clause if the arrangement is not suitable for either your needs or ours
* Potential to extend if we’re all happy
If you’re looking for a safe, relaxed home and feel you’d be a good fit, please get in touch with a bit about yourself.
