IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: the deposit will have to be payed when moved in ::: FULL RENT COVERED FOR NOVEMBER BY PREVIOUS TENNANT (first month+bills rent does not have to be payed just the deposit)
Spacious double room in student household , huge kitchen, bathroom and living room with plenty of space , garden and balcony ! All transport and shops are within a 5 min walk !
Room is £690 , bills (water , octopus energy, insurance , internet) come up to 740 more or less (vary slightly each month)
(We have a bank account just for bills
Council tax , we are still being approved for exemption since we are students.
We are taking people immediately preferably students ! :) we are all friendly and are open to anyone
