The room is offered with shared kitchen, bathroom and garden.
The rent is £750 pcm and includes all bills. Only two weeks deposit needed.
I'm looking for a professional in full-time employment. References and proof of ID will be required.
The house is well placed to a walking distance of public transport and local amenities and there is also car park space if you drive.
