Double room available in a 2 bed maisonette in White City from 01 June 2025.
The bedroom is a great size and comes furnished. The maisonette is also a great size with a modern kitchen, outside sun-trap terrace and large shared living/dining room with plenty of storage space.
You would be living with a friendly and relaxed 26 year old graphic designer.
Looking for a professional established in London who also wants to live in a relaxed and respectful place.
Rent will be £1085 per month, with bills (utilities and council tax) around £200 per month in addition. Total cost will be approximately £1285 per month. We have also been hiring a cleaner bi-weekly, at a cost of £50 per person per month, but this will be up to your discretion.
