Room description

We currently have a large new room available in a newly refurbished house.

Its been refurbished to a high standard with brand new kitchen and brand new showers.

This would ideally suit someone who would like a room in a more peaceful and quiet house who would like to come back to a clean house.

Conveniently located in the fabulous location westend of Leicester and 5 mins bus to centre which is in easy reach of all the main links, buses and main business parks and walking distance to fosse park.

The house has new furniture and new carpets in all the room and we have two shower rooms.

The rent includes ALL the bills ( gas, elec, council tax, water, tv licence and broadband) and we have a cleaner once a week who cleans the communal areas to maintain highest standards of cleanliness at all times.

A little about the housemates:

We currently are looking for professionals and considerate housemates who respect other peoples boundaries and are clean and tidy and can create a nice friendly vibe.

The house is designed in this way oppose to a full on party house. We hold a strict policy in the communal areas and expect everyone to clean up after themselves straight away so its fair on everyone who want to use a clean and tidy kitchen :-)

A little about us:

Most importantly we are private landlords who have been specialising in houseshares for nearly 20 years!! We are hands on and ensure selecting considerate and appropriate housemates to fit in with current housemates. We have a high service level with a cleaner once a week and our own maintenance person to rectify any problems that should arise. We do our best endeavours to make your stay as homely and comfortable as possible with added attention to details.
