Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy for a beautiful flat on Picton Road! More information below, and you’d only be sharing with one other person. 503 a month, all bills included!
You need a UK guarantor! HousingHand and other agencies are a very good efficient solution if you don't have one :)
I’d like to be out asap so pls contact me!!! First come first serve as time is short! I have moved my things into storage so you can take it the day you sign the contract :)

The flat is gorgeous, I love my room. So much storage space, it’s got a lovely double bed, it’s a quiet building/area. Tall ceiling and big window. Separate laundry room!
The landlord also just did the shower again this summer and it’s amazing!!
The bus stop is right outside the flat, and it is next to a go local corner shop. It’s got a direct bus route into University of Liverpool campus, as well as straight into town.
It’s surrounded by corner shops, only 10 minutes from smithdown road!
5 mins from Co-op
10 mins from ASDA
10 mins from the home bargains/matalan/iceland/farmfoods retail park
It’s a really pretty walk to campus too! Very straightforward.
The person you’ll live with is a really down to earth Ocean Sciences student. They are accommodating and generous as well as easygoing!
If you’re a student then amazing, and if you’re not you’ll get a lowered council tax because you live with a student!
THE BEST LANDLORD EVER. He goes above and beyond and I’m going to be most sad to leave him, haha! You will never have any issues and he is so ready to fix things the second he’s aware of them.
