Hi!

Me and my flatmate Johnny are currently looking for someone to take over the third room of our flat. Based in Putney with easy access to the District line, or the Thameslink via Wimbledon.

We're both LGBTQ+, ideally looking for the same.

Johnny is a painter, working in hospitality, his artwork proudly decorates our home. He also loves Rupauls Drag race and a cheeky glass of wine.

I work at a live events venue, with a great passion for music, theatre, and baking. I'm also a big horror movie nerd.

Available: From 17th February

Rent: £575 per month

Bills: Not included, but never more than £120 per month

Deposit: One months rent
