Room description
Hi everyone,
I'm renting out one of the rooms in my newly renovated apartment – a lovely 20 m² ensuite in a modern building.
The room has its own private bathroom (toilet + shower) and a private balcony with a view of St. Paul’s Cathedral, Tate Modern and Shard– all just a 25-minute walk from home.
What you’ll share:
-a brand-new kitchen, dishwasher,
-washing machine/dryer/iron
and if you like, occasionally enjoy a traditional "petit déjeuner français" with my visiting family from Paris.
I’ve attached a few pictures of the bathroom, kitchen and the room itself: all not furnished yet, but furniture (and more photos) are on the way!
The price is 50£ per day, 350£ per week, 1500£ per month (all bills included).
A bit about me: I work as a Design Manager in the City, studied Architecture and Engineering at UCL, and am passionate about bouldering and running.
The room is currently available for August, but if we’re both happy with the arrangement, we can potentially extend the agreement for up to a year or shorter.
