Room description
A spacious double room in a location that is great for zones one and two. There are shops like Morrisons, Tesco within roughly 10 minutes walk from the flat. There are many bus routes and Elephant&Castle is a few minutes walking distance depending on how fast you walk. Very good area for central London. The room has a built in wardrobe, storage spaces under the bed and a large chest of drawers. A tele and working desk as well as WiFi. It’s clean and you share the bathroom with the other tenant who is a young professional and very clean as well as quiet. The kitchen is a good size with a foldable table, it’s got a big Bosch fridge freezer and a washer dryer. It also comes with a microwave etc. Ideally looking for a young professional or post graduate student who is quiet and clean as well as works from home most of the time. Bills are split although students are exempt from council tax. Definitely worth viewing……
