Room description
I am pleased to offer a double room with wooden floors for £1100 per month inclusive of all utility bills, council tax and broadband. The room consists of a double bed, wardrobe and desk with chair.
The flat is a fully furnished three bedroom maisonette comprising of a spacious reception area and kitchen as well as a roof terrace. The reception area, kitchen and roof terrace are all situated on the fourth floor while the bedrooms and bathroom (separate bath and toilet) are on the third floor.
The flat is in elephant and castle (Zone 2) and is 5 mins walk to tube station and 2 mins walk to bus stop. It is an ideal location for people working in Central London like myself. It is close to all local amenities.
I am ultimately looking for a tidy, considerate person that pays their bills on time. There is absolutely no smoking in the flat but you are free to do so, on the terrace.
